Victoria Raimundo

Hi Everyone! my name is Victoria Raimundo, known as Victoria Raims(stage name). I am 14 yrs old, a singer/songwriter and pianist. A brief introduction on my music journey up till now. In Grade 2, I joined my school choir and started performing for school events and anything that involved singing, also decided to join CT Music Choir at West Neighborhood as I realized singing was my passion. When I was 10 yrs old, I decided to audition for a singing competition The Long & McQuade Singing contest with John Santos and was chosen as one of the finalist and recorded my first CD compilation with the song that got me to the Finals. The following year at 11 yrs old, I auditioned for The Hidden Talent and got chosen as one of the top 10 finalists. At the age of 12, I joined Open Mic competitions and won 1st place in the children's category and won 3rd place at Marco Polo Open Mic contest. It was a privilege to be asked to perform for the National Youth Week Talent Finals in Mississauga and featured as artist at the Mississauga Arts Counsel I co-wrote my first original single at 12yrs old with my vocal coach, it's called You're Worth It. This inspired me to continue to write and at 13yrs old released my 2nd single called Lost my Control. Currently working with my producer Michael Hanson who was the original drummer, for Glass Tiger and won Five Juno Awards, a Grammy nomination and gold & multi-platinum sales worldwide. We are currently working on 8 singles and hope to release the first one in coming months and working on an album in the next year. Every day I learn something new, striving to be better at everything that I do but most of all staying true to myself and my beliefs. I cannot wait to see where my journey takes me and very excited to share my music with the world.
